Carlos & Isabel have been working in the restaurant industry since the early nineties. Since 2005, they have teamed up with some friends and family and opened Latino's Restaurant & Tapas Bar in Hadleigh (Essex), which is still going strong today. In October 2009, the opportunity arose to open Salsa Tapas & Grill in Southend City Centre after a lot of hard work over several years, and the COVID pandemic, they turned it into a local favourite and probably one of the largest independent family rum restaurants in South East Essex, with capacity for 180 covers creating adynamic community bouth with customers & staff.
In March 2025 they decided to open a second Salsa at 8 Baddow Road, Chelmsford, with the same filosofy as always toop quality food prepared by expenrieced staff at the best posible price. Run by their oldest son, Danny, Carlos' sister, Maria, and the two brother enlaws as chefs who have been working together in Latino's & Salsa Southend since 2005
